1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TrueNorthUSALogisticsLLC. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and TrueNorthUSALogisticsLLC regarding your use of our VoIP call center services, website, and related SaaS systems.

By registering an account, browsing our website, or using any of our communication tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these provisions, you must immediately cease all use of our services.

2. Service Description

📞 VoIP Core Infrastructure

TrueNorthUSALogisticsLLC delivers hosted Voice-over-IP (VoIP) call center pathways, virtual number routing, call analytics dashboards, and cloud communication links tailored for global business connectivity.

🔌 Third-Party Integrations

Our platform facilitates technical connections to external tools and Customer Relationship Management software (such as Salesforce). TrueNorthUSALogisticsLLC is not responsible for the performance, privacy practices, or security of these third-party platforms.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To utilize our core software services, you must register a secure profile and maintain account integrity:

  • Registration Data: You must supply authentic, current, and complete details during signup.
  • Credential Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your passwords and API keys. Any activity under your logged profile is strictly your legal responsibility.
  • System Integrity: You must immediately report any unauthorized database entries, suspected profile breaches, or leaks of communication records.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Our voice lines and dashboards may only be utilized for lawful, authorized business telecommunications. You agree to comply with all domestic and international carrier regulations and regional dialer standards.

⛔ Prohibited Activities: You shall NOT use our platforms for voice spoofing, robo-call harassment, unauthorized surveillance, spam campaigns, fraudulent phishing, auto-dialed telemarketing without appropriate opt-ins, or actions violating carrier conditions.

5. Billing & Payment Terms

All financial arrangements and subscription parameters are governed as follows:

🔄 Billing cycles: Monthly or Annual recurring terms
💰 Fees: Exclusive of localized taxes or regulatory tariffs
⏰ Late accounts: 1.5% monthly interest on overdue totals
🔄 Refund terms: 14-day standard window, less actual carrier usage

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All proprietary code, graphics, layout elements, system algorithms, and brand trademarks remain exclusive properties of TrueNorthUSALogisticsLLC.

• Restrictions: You are prohibited from copying, reverse-engineering, renting, or redistributing our source files without prior written approval.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

• "As-Is" Service: Our digital resources are offered "As-Is" and "As-Available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• Calling Quality: Overall voice latency relies on internet paths and ISP backbones; we cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted operations.

• Emergency Dialing: Our software is not designed to replace traditional emergency telephone lines (such as 911/112).

8. Limitation of Liability

• Outage Disclaimers: TrueNorthUSALogisticsLLC is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or hardware failures caused by global networks or third parties.

• Damage Caps: We exclude all liability for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us.

9. Termination

• Termination by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the administration panel or by contacting our billing support team.

• Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service access immediately in the event of policy breaches, non-payment, or suspected unlawful activity.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of Odisha. Any disputes or litigation arising under this contract shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Odisha, India. Users accessing services internationally remain fully responsible for localized compliance.
